The Company Founders have over 30 years of combined experience in the highest standard of training delivery developed through the access industry and military service. Our aim is to promote the safe use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP’s) by delivering the IPAF operator courses. Our instructors are IPAF accredited and we use training centres that also meet the IPAF standard, so you can be assured that anyone we train will receive the highest standards of training that conforms to both British and International standards.
Matt has been in the access industry for over 20 years, his experience ranges from HGV driving and operating, Sales and hire, sales management and instructing. He has worked for some of the biggest companies in access and has built a huge network of connections. It is through Matt's connections that SMP training and recruitment ltd can provide a permanent employment solution.
Barry has been in telecommunications for over 20 years working for industry leading companies before taking that knowledge and forming his own successful company. Barry has experience of MEWP's and working at height and has managed many engineers working on the platforms we offer training on.
